How is anyone supposed to file bankruptcy if they don't have the money to pay the lawyers, that's why they are in debt they don't have that kind of money to pay a lawyer some of them charge 3000 dollars I don't have a bank account nor credit cards but I still have the credit card debt because the cards have been closed. All I have on me is 5 dollars how am I suppose to be able to pay a lawyer to file bankruptcy? bankruptcy is expensive. One thing I might add to that is possible, ask if the Bankruptcy Trustee's Court Clerk know of a good attorney. You offer a lot of good information. No other explanation and after 3 phone calls to my attorney, I have had no response.I know I have an asset with my car that I own. I am so upset because I have no money left and have no idea what this is all about.I thought I had a good attorney. Relief has turned into dread. Afraid I am going to lose my car and no way to borrow many. Make sure you get a GOOD ATTORNEY. I am sick with anxiety.
