I got sucked into his hype of getting me debt free in 3-4 months...and I believed him! I was desperate so I got in at $100/month. By the 3rd month of so-called "financial counseling" by enept personnel, I could see they were not and could not fulfill their contract. I called their home office and reminded them of David Burke's personal promise to wipe out my debt in 3-4 months, plus their company's Guarantee and that they had not fulfilled their contractual duty thereby voiding the contract, stopping all future payments and refunding what I did pay them. I also demanded they would send me a letter recinding the contract and any further obligations. Of course, I received none. Now Conrad Credit Corp from Escondido, CA is pursuing my so called "debt".
