Dateline NBC did a great show about the issues surrounding consumer debt in America with my friend Elizabeth Warren was in it. She is a brilliant lawyer, consumer debt author and an overall good person. It’s worth taking some time to watch all the videos below.
The information presented is eyeopening and will be disturbing to many that don’t believe the way credit operates in America. Unfortunately this is all in my daily reality of issues I see.
The pain you’ll see is real, the problems in the debt collection industry are real.

How true all of this was, we need to send this to Obama or get it to someone who can makes these credit card companys stop all of this.

This was going on all during the Bush years. It’s nothing new. In fact Obama is fighting for a new consumer financial services protection agency but the lobbyists and republicans are fighting back pretty hard to stop it.
