actually this is a long story but i will try my best to scan in short..

i was working in dubai since 8 years…but as this recession cam in 2008 july for me i was kicked from my job which was related to reatil banking, after that i got job in MAF(OCTOBER 2008) well known company but cheap in agreement..they offered me 5000 dirhams which i accepted hapily coz it was same wat i was getting, onwards when i came on their visa they have cut down my salary to 2500 which was not acceptable for me..

i was having my car loan and 2 used credit cards with me i have requested them also to give me my exect salary on which i was agree. but they did not..and after that i have claimed in sharjah free zone but they also favoured that company which was the sister concern of that(innovation marketing) .

And after all these they terminated me without giving a termination letter(even i didnt resigne), and told me to exit, still my visa was not pasted on passport and i had to…otherwise i was over stay, and iwas the only one who had to pay tha..so what u ppl say wat rule say in this situation when i was sacked without informing and without getting any valid proof to show to banks

i came back homland in JANUARY 2009 even i work here(homland) i cant payback my debt i wanna com back to dubai and wantto overcome my debts,,

Important:I can fight legally from my country coz I dont wanto get bann for those ppl who decided my fate for not and also i am ban in other gcc like saudia arabia and kuwait

i came on resident visa H but as i explained they did not pasted my visa because i was not agree what they wre offering and they have given me my visa after a delay when iwas back in my hometown and than i got and i came

as i explained those scammers have their sister concern companies in sharjah free zone and i went to their legal department also but they just favoured that company which was located in their free zone and withdrawn my chase by saying that either u go back or stay in clear words on salary wat they r offering now after coming

Dear Mani,

This is certainly not the first time I have heard of gross unfair treatment of people in Dubai. I’m sorry you had to live through this. It is kind of ironic that you were working in retail banking.

The bottom line for this issue is how to resolve the outstanding debt you have back in Dubai. How much debt is that? Are you earning money now that you can use towards repaying that debt?

As far as the employment issues go, you would really need to find a lawyer in Dubai to represent you in those matters.

Please update me on your progress by posting updates here in the comments section of your question. I’m very interested in how this works out for you.

I was resigned in June 2009 with one month notice period but before completion of notice period i came to Pakistan due to serious medical problem of my Father.     Even the company didn’t demand outstanding dues trough e-mails or sent a letter.
    Now I have paid the outstanding dues and visa cancelation fee (Total = 5000 Dirhams) and submit my passport to company for visa cancelation process.
    One weak has been passed and they didn’t reply me yet about Visa cancelation. Before the paying of amount they told me 4 to 5 days are required for Visa cancelation process.
    Keeping in view I didn’t take any bank loan or use a credit card even I have not use the bank check book.
    Someone told me that because I was absconding so they will impose a life time ban at me. I have following queries.
    1.       Is it UAE rule to impose a life time ban to the abscond employee?
    2.       Why they consider me abscond because I resigned? May be the turn down my resignation. I resigned through software utility and I don’t have proof.
    3.       Can I pay the plenty and get rid from ban?
    4.       What should I do now?

    Mr.Kim,as i saw ur reply for manis qstn, it came a hope 4 me.I m Muneer from india,and i was black listed in uae for the same case as absonconded.When my company refused to pay my salary as agreed, i ask them to cancell my visa.And that time they have given complaint as Absconded in the ajmam emmigration.After that they caught me by sending police.So is there any way to clear my bann and to enter uae?I hope that u can give me some ways or suggestions to overcome my problems…

    Hello Sir, before 1.5 year I’m buying the UAE visa in 15,000 Dirham from a Rent a Car Company. Before few months my sponsor asks to me give me more 5000 Dirham. Am asking I’ve no money, because now am jobless, now his complain in labour court (his person run away) black listed me. So please tell me what I do?

    actually amount totaly i spent was 15000$ and car has been delivered back to bank just the problem is for this amount which probably i used on my keratoplasty because i am suffering from serious problem…

    Dear Mani, You are not into a situation which is new, however it is sad that you are in deep problem. This is a tradition of UAE, where human rights do not exsist at all and I mean at all!! This is a country which is squeezing people specially ASIANS. Because they still living in 600 years back time and they think and treat asians as their slaves. We also have shown our weekness at some point as well as our countries counsils. Look at the other countries like europe, USA and others these countries always protect their citizens and will always come forward to support and help. The arabs are also dam scared of these counsils and really do not have shit to even go against these embassies / countries polices. Now you are black listed and no department will help you, coz your spnsr will be protected by their stupid law. Remember UAE don`t believe in labour rights nor they respect 01st of May which is labour day. I wonder why you are black listed in GCC for doing nothing?
