The Answer

Dear Rebecca,

You should be honest about the reality of the situation. Trust me, it will come to light sooner or latter.

If your partner cares about you and you care about them, be honest with them. After all, you were intimate enough to have a baby together, certainly talking about the reality of your situation has to be a step down from that.

The best way to open up about this is to find a solution for your situation. I don’t know enough about it to give you one. Then sit your partner down and discuss the situation openly and present the solution you found. Things might get chilly for a few days but your partner will come around, they always do.

Nobody wins with debt secrets.

Big Hug!
