The same has happened to me. I paid RTN $2997.00 for 12 coaching sessions. I believe I only had three sessions and got no where. I haven't been able to get in touch with them again and I'm worse off now financially than when I first signed up in September 2009. I am also interested in a class action suit or if anyone has any updates on what's going on with this company. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Just found out about the Colorado Attny General filing a lawsuit against Dave Burke/RTN. Here's info from the Colorado BBB: "On July 7, 2010, the Colorado Attorney General's Office filed a lawsuit against Real Talk Network, and its corporate officers, David Allen Burke and Erik Sale, on suspicion that they engaged in false and deceptive trade practices and violated Colorado's consumer credit laws."

If someone finds out about a class action lawsuit please let us know, as we were also taken by this organization and would gladly join it.

I still have not heard from anyone about possible lidigation against RTN. I was one of the lucky ones! Rtn only got into me for a total of $700.00, and that was the final straw to drive me to file Bankruptcy. I had a 740 average FICO when I began with RTN and Burke's Get out of debt program, so I had a good credit rating when I signed up with RTN. I don't think having a good FICO has much to do with Burke's program, because I believe it is a scam.
I'm still waiting for someone to tell me there is a lawc suite pending, because I whant my name included.
Thanks

My wife and I also paid $500.00 up front. Our first session did not happen. We did have a second session with a manager named Larry Matthews. It seemed like he was really interested in helping us and was working on a plan. However, Larry also failed to call in on our second session last week and now, no one will answer the phones and you cannot leave a massage. There is no way I am paying another dime for this and would like to join in on any suit to get or money back.

Thanks,

Dear Kim
I have heard from no one at all. There seems to be allot of us; you would
think we could get something going as far a filing a lawsuit.
Let me know if you find out anything more.
Thanks

Hi Mac,

I read your comments below an I am also a victim to the Real Talk Network scam. I have had numerous coaching sessions including 3 with Dave Burke and nothing has come from them.

Have you heard from others who are interesed in pursuing a class action suit?

I too have fallen victim, from Dave Burke and RTN. I went to one of his free seminar's and got caught up in the hype. I could not afford to pay the whole cost so I gave them $500.00 down and financed the rest through them. I was in a real bad place financially and was assured that if I did everything they said that they would give me the tools to get out of debt. After being in the program over four months I was in even worse condition than before and saw no relief in sight. My communications with my coach, came to a sudden stop last month and I have been unable to contact her and all I get is a busy signal when I try to call. I wrote them an e-mail telling them, I was stopping payments to them because I have received no help and no communication from anyone at RTN.
What can I do to keep them from sending me to collections?
Is there enough of us out there to perhaps file a class action suit against RTN? I see no way of saving myself except maybe filing Bankruptcy, but I just would rather not go that way.
