I know this was a few moneths back but I would also call Bank of America to get info. I had an agency (Client Services) call and try the same scam phishing for my credit card/debit card info, social, etc. I contacted Bank of America and they scanned all their systems for my social and had no record of any accounts aside from my active ones.

The fraud victims unit at Bank of America provided me a letter confirming they didn't know the agency, and did not have any delinquent accounts for me. They even provided a letter of good credit bending over backwards to help remove the fraudulent trade line reported in their name.
