I sold the house in Dec 2003 and Beneficial received payment but later claimed there was a second loan created at the same time(2002),which I don't believe happened. That was handed over to Eskanos and Adler LLC. I only became aware of this as I a selling another property and find I have a lien against me for over nine thousand dollars> Since Eskanos and Adler were taken over by Mann Bracken and Mann Braken has been shut down, what do you see as the best "next step"?
