The Answer

Dear Lorie,

I just finished a review of Solid Ground Financial and I’m not very confident they have your best interests at heart. Click here to read the review. When I called them it was nothing more than a qualification call to sell me a program and they could not tell me what their debt settlement fees would be.

I’m also not convinced that a debt settlement program is your best option and I’d like to learn more about your situation. Do you have a copy of the contract you signed you can email or fax me to review?

My advice, cancel the contract while you might be within a window of cancelation, let’s review your situation and figure out what the best solution is and if you latter decide to go back to Solid Ground Financial then you will feel more confident about your decision.

Big Hug!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Took advantage of me and my family. They had us make payments to them; never paid any of our creditors, then told us our best bet is to file for bankruptcy!! They kept our payments and did dnot want to give us back anything!!!! BEWARE!!!! Very shady company. You will get in contact with them in the begining, but once they got your $$$ forget about getting a call back on a question!

Also stay away from JIO Reserves, they are the same company!!!!

    Steve/Lorie,
I have been going through a difficult time myself and recently got a referral from a friend to use Solid Ground Financial. After hearing all of the negative publicity surrounding the industry, I considered filing bankruptcy, but decided to give them a shot anyway.
I called an actually go through after 1 ring and spoke to a very informative and comforting gentleman named Jon. Jon explained my options and actually listened to my situation (really helped)! After learning what I can do to help myself, I signed up for a debt management program. This was one of; if not the smoothest experiences I have had in a long time. It has only been 45 days and I can say, my phones have stopped rining and I feel like a huge burden has been lifted off my shoulders.
I usually do not respond to these posts, but feel it was a blessing to have worked with such a wonderful company and wanted you to get honest perception. I respect what you do Steve and really enjoy your honest point-of-view. I just feel that you may have not given Solid Ground Financial a fair shot…

    Best,

I’m curious why the comments from Jason, Bobby, and Alex all came from the same computer address. I find that it makes them dubious and appear to be planted.

Steve, Same IP adress? Instead of becoming defensive, I would encourage you to call me and see how off base you are. It took a lot of courrage to make a post about my current fiscal situation and do not appeciate your comment.

How am I off base about the same IP address for all three comments? It is still curious how you three share the same IP address.
