Here is how it happened my husband deceided to start his own business while he was still working and it was the same business that he was working in. Well his boss found out and fired him then came the drama. His boss then sued us and we had no income except for our credit cards so we lived off of them for a while. Now 3 years later after the law suite is done we are in debt now my husbands wages are being garnished and I am losing my mind I don’t know what to do. I am making payments on some that I have recieved but I wonder should we just file bankruptcy to get out of this please help. I just don’t know what to do please help!!!

I can see how that would have created a ruckus. Well a lesson learned for sure.
You have really only one option at this point, file bankruptcy. The bankruptcy will stop the wage garnishment and kill the judgment. Click here to find a local bankruptcy attorney you like and go talk to them.
