Do not hire with this company! This company is a complete fraud! I got set up with them on a 36 month payment paying $1200 a month, and I was in the program for 9 months and they didn’t settle any of my accounts! My creditors said at this point that they were waiting to negotiate, but that Superior would not return their calls! I was blown back when I cancelled from the program, only to find that I cannot get one single dollar back! THAT’S $10,800.00 of my money completely stolen!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am filing a lawsuit against them!!!!!!!!!!

    * How did you feel about the customer service experience you received? – on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say a 10… My rep was there for me every time I needed anything – whether it was answering a question or just calling me out of the blue to see if I needed anything.
    * Was the company easy to communicate with before or after you became a client? = Very
    * Did the company respond to your communications promptly? Always
    * What were the fees charged for the services you received? 15% of the debt I entered into their program.
    * Did the company give you the terms and conditions for the program you were interested in before you gave them any personal information? I was sent a sample of the enrollment application so my husband could read it before I signed up.
    * Was the program successful for you and accomplish the goals you had when you entered the program? = Absolutely
    * Did you have a really good experience you can share? yes
    * Did you have a bad experience you want to share? nothing bad – it was a very smooth 32 months.
    * Is there any other information you’d like people to know that might be considering the services of this company? As we were previously enrolled with another company this company stands out to the others
