I feel same way about this company it sucks!! They won’t let me cancel my account. SDS only paid one creditor but tell me I owe them money and I they have been debiting my account since January almost a year. I reported them to bbb and FTC and state attorney general . They don’t tell the truth and BEWARE!!!

I am very confused with this company . They have been charging me every months for a year. last month they let me know that the global bank had a disagreement and they were placing my money back except the charge of the company and the next month they pull my money out again it seems like is a scam because they don’t send any letter to my creditor they don’t communicate with me they just playing with my money.

Was in talks of joining. Customer service seemed nice and prompt… which you would expect of someone or company trying to gain a potential client. I looked at the BBB review which I was referred to (by them). Upon seeing the complaints section on the website, there is some (complaints) but doesn’t specifically show reviews or much information. Which led me on a search of the wonderful web and generous reviewers. After reading what I had, I am choosing not to go through with this or any other company. I am in hard times, but im skeptical and can’t take the risk of throwing away more money. I just have to work harder to catch up. We learn the hard way, don’t we. There are problably good, reputable companies out there, but do your research. If it is a last resort, stay on them, it’s your money. One last tip: I hear if you are wishing to leave a debt consolodating company, ask for a refund & threaten to report them to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and State Attorney General’s office. Good luck getting your money back though.
    P.S ~ Thank you Steve!

Well ,well, well. I am glad I am not the only one wow can’t get a person on the phone. I don’t even think there is anyone taking care of my debts…I think they are just taking my money. They are chargeing me 129.00 a month for their fee’s ..well I could be paying my own debts, and get a better out look from my crediters. Cause now I am 2 months behind on my bills…over the limit and I am…excuse me they are ruining my credit…so I am canceling my shit with them..cause they are not doing nothing for me but keeping my money for themselfs. So they have 466.66 of my money that I will never see again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can we cancel?? They have only settled debts that ive arranged and not even half of what I reported to them. They are charging me soooooo much money :( I want to cancel and handle my debts myself.

Did you pay advanced fees for their services?

  • Slpjdp

I really thought that I was getting connected with a respectable company due to their BBB rating. Well not soon after I started I was contacting them to cancel my account. I asked them to delay the start date originally agreed upon. Well guess what they didn’t. Then they tried to blame me because I didn’t give them a new start. If I ask for something to be done with my money then I think that it should honored. In addition, they were very rude in their emails with me. I in turned file a complaint with BBB.

This company is a total rip off and fraudulent scam. I paid 16,000 dollars with in one year to settle 23,000 dollars in debt. They only paid 7600 dollars one debt they did not settle with and now i have to pay that debter almost double what i originally owed.   They scammed me in extra fees that they kept for them selves that added up to 6000 dollars i was out. Tell me that  is not a rip off. They said they always mailed me something i never received it. So not go through them you will worse off then you when you started!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total scam & rip off! Customers end up filing bankruptcy after all of your hard earned money is wasted. Customer service is a joke & their response is well lets just they never respond. Someone needs to close this business so others don’t get scammed. Even after you close your account with them they still withdraw money without authorization. Be aware! Wish I had of done more research on their reviews.

Wow worse company ever, I was told that my monthly payments would include there service, I went thru the company for 18 months and lost my ass.  They took about 10,000 thousands from me and did not do shit for me. I had to keep calling them for the status on my accounts due to my creditors kept calling, etc,  I would NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

Scam!!! I paid $600 or so up front to start my account and was making my monthly payments as sceduled. I kept receiving phone calls from collection agencies stating that they had no contact with SDS after they had promised they had sent out letters on my behalf. I requested a copy of the letter that they had supposidly sent to all of my creditors and they sent me a fax with a couple of vague sentences stating that I was working with them…however it was dated for that day and was quickly typed after I was off of the phone with them. It’s funny because they said they had sent the letter out months before…don’t you think it would have the date of origination…not to bright!! Pretty sad that these companies have to take advantage of people who are already struggling due to the economy.

I think what you people are saying is freakin crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a shit load of debt and it may have taken a long time but they were able to negoitiate and save me money. What the hell do you expect from Customer Service. It is probably shit faces like you that kept the phones busy when I would call. I made all of my payments on time, and I always got someone nice.

Sure “Rama”, it’s obvious you work there, and you know it. Nice try! Are you with Global Client Solutions, or Strategic Debt Solutions. By the way, it’s not spelled “negoitiate”, it’s spelled “NEGOTIATE”, when you use the words “always”, it is a sure sign you work for that company. No one is ever as happy as you are dealing with a debt company, “rama”, next time you go around posting such positive things you might want to actually read your post before you post it. You sound like a high school cheerleader for this company. No worries you will be investigated by local Attorney Generals soon enough for these practices. Good luck buddy!!!

The customer service was pretty awful. Each time I called a representative would tell me something different regarding the status of my account. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to call me back to keep me updated or to provide me with the accurate information. While they did settle one of my accounts, I realized that I could have saved more money myself to pay my debt off after all the admin and set up fees they took out each month. In addition to their fees, fees are also taken out from the bank account they set up in your name with Global Client Solutions. Just be cautious and if you don’t have a lot of debt it’s not worth the time, money or trouble.
