This company stole several thousand dollars from a vulnerable person with a serious disability. In three years they made no attempt to negotiate with her creditor. Her account was then sold to the company Global Consumer Services who gave her back 1/3 of what she had originally paid to Core Financial Services. These companies prey on and profit off of the most vulnerable members of society. They are criminals and should be shut down.

When I first started with them they were great. Now not so much. I thought they took care of all my cards and iI was wrong I am now getting calls from the last card they didn’t contact. I even took out a loan from my 401k to pay them early and I was supposed to be done by jan 2012. I thought everything was going good until i started to get these calls and now I cant get ahold of anyone.

They were good in the beginning. Not now. Never calls back. Nothing done on my account for months. Just received a letter from a lawyer on an account they were supposed to be negotiating with. Bad company. If they don’t call back tomorrow 1/23/2013 I am hiring a lawyer.

Have you heard anything about how to get ahold of someone?

I was told to call the bank myself..after six months one creditor had sued me, one was in collections. I had 1100 in my account…when I asked for the money suddenly I had 794.00. I am in worse shape now…I had been talking to “Steve”, then “Crystal”, then Steve said Crystal wasn’t experienced…blah blah….This place is a scam…

I would not recommend them. I just paid out $4500 over 6 months and just found out that they just now (1 week ago) made their first attempt at contacting my first creditor, even though they told me 2 months ago they were close to a settlement with this creditor. They don’t really care about you because they are taking their money/fee off the top. Stay away from them.

I have worked with Core Financial Services over the past 3 years and only have 1 more year left on my program. My credit was in ruin when I started and my debt was well beyond my means and there was no hope is sight. I would never have been able to get out of debt with the programs the credit card companies offered and the payments were too high for me make. Core financial offered me a lower monthly payment and has settled 75% of my credit cards. I understand that this porgarm is not for everyone but it worked for me…now I can start to rebuild my credit with a zero balance for debt.

We receive aggressive calls from their representatives at work, and they do not want to take “don’t call back” for an answer.

We do not need their services, and we wish they would simply stop calling us.
