The Answer

Dear Shirley,

The credit card company may sue you in order to collect on the credit card debt. hey will probably win and then get a judgment but it sounds like it is not collectable based on your current circumstances. I am assuming the car is not of tremendous value.

Nobody wants your mobile home or car, certainly not the creditor.

Please update me on your progress by posting updates here in the comments section of your question. I’m very interested in how this works out for you.

Big Hug!

    Dear Shirley

I do agree wit Steve here, your creditors may sue you and attach any asset you may have to have their money paid up, The other option is to find a local and reputable debt management or debt counselling company for assistance, they may advise you on how to deal with your debt or you restructure your debt as they mediate and negotiate lower repayments on your behalf with your creditors.

Good luck and remember that debt will not go away on its own, you either pay it or manage it.
