Has Embrace Home Loans Scammed People and Are They Reputable? – Marie

Single mom with 2 teenage boys. Work full time with our local Red Cross Mobile.

I received information in the mail from Embrace Home Loans and have been doing some research on it. I read where some people were not happy at all with the results almost like they got scammed by this company and others who had wonderful results. How good are they? Are they very reputable or not? Have they scammed people?

Check the better business bureau, they have an A+ rating but complaints outweigh the praises

Beware of poster named Chip or Chip Leak, as seen below. I’ve seen him on various message boards singing the praises of Embrace Home Loans. Must be an employee, etc…

Embrace Home Loans Scam? Impossible! Embrace Home Loans only does residential government insured home mortgages. You cannot do Government Insured Mortgage without successfully passing state and federal audits along with all state and federal licensing requirements. Embrace Home Loans is an approved lender for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, approved by HUD for FHA insured loans, approved by VA, and an issuer for Ginnie Mae. Embrace Home Loans is licensed in 46 states since 1983. Since they have an A+ rating with the local BBB Boston Chapter, it would be pretty hard for them to receive all the 5-Star ratings, reviews, and recommendations if they were “scamming” people!
See Licensing Info here along with BBB info; http://www.embracehomeloans.co
