My Husband Left Me Yesterday. How Am I Going to Get By? – Wanda

I live in Salem Va and my husband left me yesterday we were just married May 28 this year I fell down the stairs at my apartment where I live tore my acl and injured my back he use to give me 300 dollars a month for his rent and utilities when my short term exhausted three weeks ago I told him he would have to pay his half of the bills and my half of the bill which is a total of 600 dollars he gave me 300 dollars his last paycheck two weeks ago this week while I was out he packed all his stuff and left me can I get him for desertion and get spousal support and make him insure me and how can I do this myself I have no money therefore I can not pay a lawyer we lived in a 3 bedroom apt which we split the rent and utilities with my son and he can no afford to pay all the rent and utilities by himself please help me let me know what I can do asap please
