Do not use this company. I received a collection notice from the first creditor that Davenport stated as settled. They made the initial down payment and Global Solutions was deducting 300 a mo. for 5 additional payments, come to find out that Davenport never took those payments to pay the settlement. This company is a sham. Will not return calls, I don’t want anything more than an explanation. I was paying them monthly and now taking that amt. and paying off remaining 2 debts that I negotiated on my own.

I have been trying to reach them and never get a call back from them…. So I decided to cancel they service.

I have been trying to reach them also they are still taking money out my check and they have not settle any more of my accounts and now all kind of interest have applied now what I do? Woo

This place is a scam. A lawyer named Brandon Davenport took over the company and is just trying to suck the remaining service fee’s out of customers to turn a profit. They have since went form over 100 employees down to around 10. They do not have customer support and are heavily front end loaded to slam people into their programs. I would contact the Texas State BAR association and file a complaint if you have any problems.

Davenport Law has told me that they can not take over my account from Greenshield and refuse to help me. I have since reported Greenshield FS to the BBB to no avail. They did not respond to my complaint. Now I have taken it a step further and filed a formal complaint with the Texas State Attorney’s office here: http://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov
I would recommend anyone else to also go file a complaint with them as this is probably the only way that something may be done for those of us that GS took money from and never delivered the services promised.

Greenshield supposedly turned my account over to Davenport Law. Davenport Law debited my bank account for $75.61 several times before I finally got smart. Everytime I call, I get a busy signal. Everytime I e-mail to the address listed on their website, it gets returned as undeliverable. And everytime I fill out their contact form, I get no response from them. Just got scammed. I’d like to know who to contact about this. I’ve paid Greenshield financial a ton of money and to no avail.
