OK I just talked to the FBI and they have been getting a lot of call’s about them but they have no idea if its true or not and dont think anything will be done. This is not good. Us poor people that work hard and cant afford to be paying lawyer after lawyer and there is nothing no one can do or will do to help us.

Please contact the Santa Ana FBI, (714) 542-8825.  Precision Law Center has scammed a lot of people out of thousands of dollars.  If you feel they misrepresented themselves and that something is just not right, please file a complaint with the FBI to help those of us that were scammed.  I myself paid them $7000.00 and they did absolutely nothing for me.  They will not take my calls or respond to my emails.

  • CUMBIAMBERO

I got scamed! we met with them and they sold us thier misleading and fraudent pitch. We fell for it unfortunately. They stated that they can file this bogus law suit and once its filed the bank can not foreclose the house. The house got a sale date for 12/26/2011. Precision Law Center gave us a great christmas gift of lying to us causing us to loose our home after they said we wont. They harassing us about the 6000.00 payment that thet wanted desparately. Once they had our money nothing was done and the bank still send for foreclore on 12/26/2011. We hired a lawyer to sue Precision Law Center for false and misleading pretences, for the loss of a home, and /or any other damages. Please do not give this company any MONEY! THEY ARE CROOKS!  BEWARE!

    • Mshaktah

I paid them $7000.00 to help modify my loan with CitiMortgage, they said there were 12 counts of fraud in my loan and they convinced me to join the mass tort.  they have done absolutely nothing for me and Cit now wants to foreclose on my home.  PLC will not return or take my calls and will not respond to any of my emails.  Please contact the Santa Ana FBI, 714/542-8825.  If they get enough complaints they will take action.   Good luck to us all.  I hope those bastards pay!!!

PLEASE READ!  I am seeking legal action against Precision Law Center and their contracted law firm Assurity law group for fraudulent representation. Please contact me if you have also been scammed by these groups so that you can also get your money back. We paid Assurity AKA PLC a large amount of money to join the “litigation” against Chase and Bank of America. They assured us a modification and restoration of credit. This was back in July. They have not answered our phone calls since and they have not filed any of the paperwork they were contracted to and our homes (2 homes) are now in foreclosure!  They even went as far as sending us documentation that made it appear they were pursuing a litigation and filed a lis pendens, but when my attorney looked into it, they actually didn’t file anything….these were fake documents meant to appear that they were fulfilling their contractual agreement. They also fraudulently filed a cease and desist to our bank so that we weren’t getting any communication from our bank and assured us that their retainer fee included the account management of ongoing communications with our bank as our legal counsel. They have not had any communication with our bank. I have called these people every day since July and have got no response. Brian Lakhany, Mike Eeg, and numerous others who are the said responsible parties at both law firms have denied agreeing to settle this so action needs to be taken. I am even in contact with John Palmer who is the said legal counsel for PLC and he has gone on record to say that he has not had any affiliation with PLC since early last year when he was contracted to help them draft the initial litigation case. This means that PLC has no legal counsel that is registered with the California State Bar. An investigator from the state bar is also working with us on this case and his name is Thomas Layton.

If you have had a similar experience, please know that there is recovery available and justice will be served to us that have been misrepresented by these groups.

Please email me at [email protected]

Precision Law Center is clearly run by scam artists.  First of all a search of the registration information for their website shows it was registered by someone who was has been handling mortgage modifications and originating mortgage loans in other states without being registered.

The email address used to register the website was [email protected] which belongs to Sammy Lakhany of Fidelity Legal Services fame.

    http://www.dfi.wa.gov/CS%20Orders/C-09-272-10-FO01.pdf

Roy Barnhart is the name listed with Sammy’s email.  He had his real estate license supsended and has engaged in loan modification scams before:

A law firm is owned by attorneys.  Precision law center is neither owned nor run by attorneys.  The pleadings on their website that they supposedly filed are fake. Not even a real law firm can file a complaint on behalf of others.  A genuine complaint will list clients as the plaintiffs and it can’t be signed by a law firm it must be signed by an attorney.  They do not even list a phone number on their contact information.

Anyone receiving solicitations from the Precision law Center should forward the packet to the California bar and California Department of Justice and consumer affairs.

I have been sent this flyer by Precision Law Center. This is the kind of flyer that all consummers that have been having trouble with their morgages, foreclosers, short sale and trying to get modifications.I called the number and spoke with a consultant. I was asked to answer a lot of questions to see if there was any fraud by the bank when I was applying for my 2 loans. Afterwords I was called back and said that their was numerous fraud taking place when the loans were put together. I was asked to send, as soon as possible, numerous documents to them to see if they could be of help. I sent them the documents and was told that in order to stop a forecloser on one of my houses I would have to fax over to them the engagment package alone with a canceled check so that they could do an E check. The amount they were going to charge me for the one property that was in for forecloser $4.250.00 I did not have this kind of money. I have an annutity and I pulled money from it and let them know. After that they were calling m all of the time. I got spooked and decided to check and see if they were in the Better BusBureal. They were not. I started looking on the internet to see if there was anything about this company.I found this site. I was able to find this out before I had sent them any money. They are still trying to contact me. I really hope that there is help out there for people like me that were put into Option ARM loans and told that it was an great loan.

I got a notice from Precision back in the first part of June, but did not make any contain until mid June.  I left my name with the company who did call back and I talked for several minutes with one of their attorneys named Bob LaChat who turns out not be listed with the California Bar, but in a carefully designed website listed the name of one of their attorneys has James Palmer who was listed, but Tustin, Ca. not South Coast Metro,Ca. A big flag went up having lived in that part of the state, I never heard of South Coast Metro. The use of The 60 Minutes’ piece was very convincing since I had seen that program myself, but it never hurts to double check, especially something as good as what good ol’ Bob was offering.

South Coast Metro is a Wannabe City That is Part Coasta Mesa and Part Santa Ana.  For Several Years now the wealthier parts of both cities are attempting to unite and separate from their run down neighbors.  While Not Official, The Post Office Does Recognize and will deliver to the proper addresses with the City of South Coast Metro.  http://www.southcoastmetro.com/

This company contacted me, regarding the same issues. They, however, informed me this was a class action law suit. Is that what you are involved in? I was informed by another attorney, that they should not be requiring money upfront for these litigation services.

I am familiar with Precision Law Center and they specialize in litigation with some of the major mortgage lenders and servicers throughout the country. They make no such claims to modify a loan to 2%. What they do is file a lawsuit with your lender based on violations found within your loan. They provide a preliminary audit of your loan and confirm certain violations prior to taking on anyones case and then through the lawsuit they would make demands for a settlement; in which the bank would have to lower your interest rate, balance, etc… or the lender would face going to trial for the violations. It is possible to obtain a 2% rate through a settlement with the lender, but in no way is this considered a loan modification or did they promise me a rate of 2%. The were very thourough with my documents and explained the purposed outcome of the case to me in a way that was very easy to understand. What they said is that the rate could be as low as 2% if they found violations to base that on, or it would be the current market rate which could be anywhere from 2% – 4%. In some cases similar to the cases filed by Precision, homeowners have been awarded the entire home free and clear from any mortgage. My personal expierience with this firm has also been exceptional. My calls have always been answered in a professional manner and someone has always returned my call when leaving a voice mail. Maybe you just had bad luck with the representitive that answered the call. I would recommend this companies services to anyone who is getting a run around from there mortgage lender.

I am a mortgage broker, a friend gave me an offer that came to him in the mail, it offered to modify his current loan with a 2% fixed rate and referred to the lender that he had used when he purchased his home. I called the 877# on the flyer and got a recording that the office was closed. After several weeks, I tried again, and got through. Greg answered the call and requested information that was not on the form, when I asked about the 2% loan program, he got annoyed and hung up. I called back and spoke to Sherman, he also asked about an ID number from the flyer that didn’t exist. When I asked about the 2% loan, he said he knows nothing about the loan modification program, but his law firm was handling a class action lawsuit against CountryWide. I asked for a manager, none were available.
