Reader Complains About Elite Financial And Sends in Voicemail to Prove It

Recently a reader posted a comment on the post “Elite Financial Solutions – Scam, Complaint, Review, or Praise?”

The commenter said:

This company has very unprofessional reps. I told them i wanted to be removed from there list because i work nights and they called me everyday some time 3 times and they continued to call until a rep named steve called and i hung up on him.. he called right back leaving me the a very [unprofessional] message.. i called the AG of my state and the voicemail has been forwarded. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A BOILER ROOM TYPE BUSINESS!

Well Hannah did upload the voicemail to me and also wanted me to correct that in her comment she said vulgar but she meant unprofessional. So I did.

It certainly sounds as if the marketer is telling Hannah he’s going to continue to call her every day. Nice.

And get this, Elite Financial Solutions is a non-profit organization.

I believe Elite Financial Solutions is a scam.  I unfortunately fell for it.  I learned 6 months in.  They have been rude when I call with questions, have never contacted my creditors.  and now i am filing for bankruptcy as a result.  The name of the guy that set up my account is Matt George. never work with them.,  learn from my mistake.  i just cant believe how aweful they were.  i have been going through my paperwork from them and just cant believe how everything in the contract is not happening.  learned my lesson.

lol… he even said “we use a predictive dialer, those are the state of art piece of equipment we use.” why is this guy getting upset at the client for? he should be mad at his own company for making him answer aged data that is being recycled through a predictive dialer.

That is real classy. I think this guy must be a former debt collector. Ya, you are doing a great job helping people buddy.

ya think… and a non profit to boot… Nothing short of a written apology to Hannah and public lashings for “Steve the insincere message leaving phone guy” would suffice.

  • Allison

Mr. Steve chews her out for contacting them first, but did she? Perhaps she clicked some slightly similar internet inquiry last week from a low-brow marketer and got bombarded by calls since. Either way, Elite may need to make a public example out of Steve.
