A tipster (send in your tips here) sent me a recent email that was sent out by NoteWorld with the following comment, “Come on Noteworld, you can’t claim to be nothing more than a “payment processor”, yet hold webinars teaching DSCs how to market. Noteworld confuses me.”

I’ve asked NoteWorld for a comment on it but by the time this article was published I had not received anything back.
The issue I’d like to hear back from you about is if either NoteWorld or Global Client Solutions, as third-party escrow companies, should even be wandering into helping debt relief companies to sell services? Can that assistance make them appear to be more than just a third-party as was alleged about Global in the Kentucky suit?
