SCAM!!!!  They send out an offer through the mail.  Offering a low interest line of credit.  B.S.  They are just another debt consolodation company trying to make a profit on your credit card debt.  DO NOT LET SOMEONE ELSE NEGOTIATE YOUR FUTURE WITH YOUR EXISTING CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.  Do it your self.  BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS.
