Global Legal Resolution – FearNoDebt.com – Watch List

The following information appears only because this entity has hit my radar and has raised a concern and I do not want to lose this information. I’m keeping it handy in case issues appear in the future.

Steve Notes

This program is pitched as an asset protection program that can also resolve debt, restore credit, and prevent foreclosure.

I listened to the conference call and heard a number of issues that sounded familiar to other pitches in the past that devolved into problems

This is the email that was sent out.

When you come out like this you just raise peoples suspicions even more.

I’m not sure what information in the article would be considered false or misleading since you will find most of it contains information you put out or is publicly available.

My statement that consumers should be careful is not “quasi defamatory” it is prudent advice. You are free to pitch your services and I’m free to tell consumers to be careful. There is no logic to challenge me on that, that is of course unless you some alternative reason.

I never called your program a scam or issued a scam alert on it. What I said was “The following information appears only because this entity has hit my radar and has raised a concern and I do not want to lose this information. I’m keeping it handy in case issues appear in the future.” The information was forwarded to me by a reader and they wanted me to look at it.

Of the two big sentences I wrote, the first said “This program is pitched as an asset protection program that can also resolve debt, restore credit, and prevent foreclosure.” Certainly that is a factual statement since it come straight from your own email.

The second said, “I listened to the conference call and heard a number of issues that sounded familiar to other pitches in the past that devolved into problems.” That is a factual statement based on my experience.

Rather than come out swinging why don’t you just have your happy customers come and post a comment to talk about how great the program is?

As it stands now you look like you have something to hide and you think threatening is the best approach.

By the way, I don’t live in Maryland.
