FuckYourBills.com – Author = Satan. I’m Not Kidding.

I flat out love my readers. They send me the most amazing tips. Today a tipster (send in your tips here) reported in about an advertisement they saw.

F..K Your Bills
More bills & debt than you can pay?
“F..k your bills” No need to pay.
www.screwyourbills.com/prelaunch/svideo/

So of course I had to go check that out.

ScrewYourBills.com is owned by:

Information Agent, Inc.
PO Box 4675
Chico, CA 95927-4675

The BBB reports they are also known by the following names, Back 9 Directory, Bicycle Directory, Cyberdata, IBUX, Infobux, Inc., Power Sports Directory, Information Agent, Inc. – Source

FuckYourBills.com Author = Satan. Im Not Kidding.

According to public records, “Information Agent, Inc. has a location in Chico, CA. Active officers include Richard J Scott. Information Agent, Inc. filed as a Articles of Incorporation on Monday, January 10, 2000 in the state of California.”

The website for Information Agent, Inc is at InformationAgent.com. Here is how they describe what they do, “Information Agent, Inc. offers custom lead generation for businesses of all sizes. Our information is verified by a live representative for quality which results in a much stronger lead for the buyer.” – Source

So I think it would be safe to classify them as a company that specializes in lead generation.

The google advertisement above led to this single page.

FuckYourBills.com Author = Satan. Im Not Kidding.

The bottom of the page it says it is copyright by Information Agent, Inc. – Source

There is no way to contact the company except to give up your name and email address. My guess is your information will be sold and passed on to people you don’t know. After all, isn’t that what lead generators do?

Here is the video embded on the page. – Source

Some of the statements from the video include:

  • “I’m here to tell you you don’t have to pay your bills. All of your bills are optional. All of them. Not some of them. I want to show you how you can legally say Fuck Your Bills.”
  • “Did you know that most of the debt collectors when they call you, with a couple simple steps, not only can you stop them from calling you, but you can probably make the debt go away as well.”
  • “I will send you tips on how to immediately stop paying bills and immediately stop suffering from paying money you simply don’t have.”
  • “I’m going to send you tips, quote some laws in your state, send you information you need right now to decide is this bullshit or can this man truly help me follow through with saying, Fuck My Bills.” [I'm voting bullshit.]
  • “You you’ve said it many times you’ve looked at a stack of bills you can’t pay and you’ve said, “Jesus Christ, fuck these bills.”
  • “I’m here to help you fuck your bills.”
  • Debt settlement proposal, Freedom Debt Relief, you know what, fuck ‘em.”

The Pitch to Get Your Information

I’d characterize the sales pitch to get your information as one of painting the consumer as the victim of the banks.

FuckYourBills.com Author = Satan. Im Not Kidding.
Richard Hall? Or maybe this is really Richard Scott.

Richard makes the following statements in the video consumers see once they give up their information.

  • “Has the president of Bank of America been to your house for Thanksgiving?”
  • “That money comes from poor victims like you.”
  • “Make a payment on your next vacation. It’s time you take a vacation.”
  • “You don’t have to pay your bills.”
  • “Most of the time you don’t have to pay bankruptcy.”
  • “In fact I can make most of you debt free in 24 hours.”
  • “In fact I can make make most of you debt free in a second.”
  • “How do I pay these bills. You don’t. Fuck ‘em.”
  • “You got credit card bills? Fuck ‘em.
  • “You got tax bills you can’t pay right now? Fuck ‘em.” – Source, Source

When you give up your information what you wind up getting is nothing actionable.

Attached to this email is your prelaunch “FuckYourBills.com” Starter Kit.

The kit includes:

Then there is an additional document included. The document properties say it was created by FSWA Designs (Looks like Frank Bedene out of Chico, CA. fswadesigns.com – source) Frank says he is the VP of InfoBux, another name for Information Agent, Inc., according to the BBB. – Source

But I did get a laugh out of the other documents that say they were created by Satan. No kidding!

FuckYourBills.com Author = Satan. Im Not Kidding.

So Frank Bedene looks like the creator of some of the documents involved but also the person offering up the testimonial in a different version of the FuckYourBills.com website.

FuckYourBills.com Author = Satan. Im Not Kidding.

What the Fuck?

I’ve now been so buried in FuckYourBills to write this article that I had to say that.

But by now hopefully I’ve shown you this is not some magical program as Richard says, it’s just a clever lead generation effort to fool consumers into giving up information that will most likely lead to a pitch to sell the consumer unknown debt relief services.

Jon Scott owns ~50 rental properties in Chico CA and routinely keeps the large deposits he charges the mostly student residents. He threatens to sue his outgoing tenants if they complain, and since they are mostly young students he manages to intimidate enough of them to make it worth the few that take him to court to get their deposits back. If you search http://www.buttecourt.ca.gov for his many aliases you can see he regularly gets sued. He has also been in criminal court for illegal spamming.

Thanks Steve for uncovering this latest scam.

      Hi Steve

      No not back yet.

Just testing some functions which inadvertently sent you (and everyone else) an email. (I just ripped my computer guy a new ass)

To this day I have nothing to sell but when I do you will be the first to know. In the meanwhile I think you should be kind enough to point out that “Think and Grow Rich”, Information on “Statue of Limitations” for debt, etc. is helpful information if not a magical panacea.
On another note I am extremely interested in having a direct phone conversation with you and have attempted to contact you via Linked In, direct email, etc.
      So far I have failed.
      Help me out here.
      Thanks
      Richard Hall
      Satan
      etc.
      Whatever works for ya! :-)

Richard Hall aka Jon Scott is an absolute con artist & a liar. DO NOT give him your e-mail, credit card or bank account number. You WILL lose! This guy is a well known crook in the Chico, CA area. When I lived there some time ago, I worked for this crook’s company “Information Agent” (he was using the name “Jon Scott” at that time). His practice is to manipulate honest people’s bank accounts & rip them off by way of deception. In addition, once he gets ahold a persons e-mail address they WILL be flooded with spam. He hires multitudes of unsuspecting people (by way of deception, again) to call businesses in order to do his swindling. Dozens of people called each day complaining of fraud. This crook would constantly fire all employees within a week & constantly re-hire dozens more to replace them (using craigslist & other classifieds). Even though I was only there for a short time, I was his top sale person but was abruptly fired when I questioned the ethics of the business. Finally, (and this should be no surprise) he stiffed the workers on their pay due. However, the e-mail spam is endless.

Thank you Steve for helping to make people aware of this VERY DISHONEST human. Jon Scott aka Richard Hall, or whatever name he decides to hide behind, is a crook, liar, con-man and, yes, quite possibly even SATAN!

    Steve, This is FREE information.

Your site is monetized EVERYWHERE with links that you get money for when clicked.

See any of that anywhere in what we have provided you?

This is a program in development.

I have no problems with you or your site until you attacked with FALSE information and insinuations.

    You have sensationalized those accusations.

You took a whack at our testimonial.

Steve I will wager you $100,000 that the testimonial is accurate and that the individual had current debt of $12,000 when I assisted him. We can both put the money in escrow. Ready to “put your money” where your mouth is?

Your above reply takes a step back and asks a fair question… “How can I help”

Well Steve stay subscribed and you will find out.

If you hadn’t been looking to attack you would have noticed we sent you a copy of the statue of limitations for debt collection in your state.

One of the biggest scams out there today is the bastards relentlessly chasing “zombie debt”.

I am sure you know this.

This was valuable information for those that don’t know.

In upcoming FREE releases we will take people through the FCRA, Other state and federal laws, rules, etc., to show ways to legally say …”Fuck your bills”.

  • Steve Rhode

    Richard,

It’s not an illogical assumption to make since Information Agent, the owner of the site describes itself as a lead generation business.

The video was big on promises about eliminating debt but the information I received was light on substance. There was nothing in the documents that describes how to eliminate debt in a snap of your fingers as you said.

So what’s the debt relief pitch then? How do you propose to assist consumers to eliminate their debt for free?

  • Richard Hall

Sorry Steve, Your full of shit. FYB will never sell your information. I challenge you to create a separate email address and signup. See if we EVER sell your info. Information Agent runs several companies but FYB is near and dear to our hearts and runs all by itself. We do not even cross the information with our other entities. I challenge you to prove otherwise instead of being such a putz with insinuations that are bullshit and untrue!!!   Richard Hall     Feel free to write me directly at [email protected]

This Richard Hall/Scott or Richard/Jon Scott character is a real piece of work.  Also operates as a slum lord in no. California (Chico area) .  Wouldn’t be surprised if he were in cahoots with Tony Symmes, the notorious developer who helped a sleazy local loan shark bilk people on overpriced, under quality homes.  This really makes me sick.

  • Steve Rhode

Well Geri said she enjoyed it.

  • Mike Reilly

No, you clearly don’t get my point, a consumer warning is fine but, on what I use to believe was a site of higher standards, tactfully and tastefully laying it out would be more appropriate. In my opinion you lowered yourself and this site to Mr. Hall’s level.

  • Steve Rhode

I get your point. You didn’t think I should have warned consumers about that site and I’m sure that site wishes I hadn’t also.

  • Mike Reilly

    Let’s
    take it from the top;

    Not true,
you could warn consumers about the person and his plan tastefully, you choose
not to, where is the fun (controversy) in that?

    Your last
comment in the story, uncalled for and to me shocking, I’m sure I’m not alone
    on this.

    Write
comments in good taste and a Google search will reveal your story and the
person just the way it does now.

    Sure you
    did, what did she say?

    Do you
really call this reporting? Again, do you think you would find this on any
major reporting wire without edits? How about CreditCards.com or Credit and
Collection, should I go on or do you get the point. Its trash no matter how you
slice it and for some reason I continue to see more and more of it here….you’re
    losing my vote

    Steve
that “Current News Search” link didn’t point to one top news site,
just a bunch of garbage filled blogs, bad example.

    Whatever
floats your boat Steve. You should poll the AACC guys, see if any one of them
would post this story (if you want to call it that) and all the images unedited
on the AACC blog if it had one, maybe that will make my opinion of this more
    clear to you.

I didn’t seek this story out. A reader brought it to me because they were shocked by the site and wanted me to warn others. Frankly there is just no way to tell it without being direct about it.

The story is not meant to shock or create controversy. It is meant to warn and inform.

I can’t see what the big deal is between writing f**k and fuck. Putting two asterisks does not change the word?

If someone was going to fall for this stuff at least now they will be able to find my story, be warned, and be better protected. If someone was searching for information about that fuck your bills guy, they just simply would not find it if I had written f**kyourbills.com or the f**k your bills guy.

I passed your kind words on to Gerri.

If someone is out there trying to pull a fast one on consumers, no matter what the language, I’m going to report about it to help protect people.

You insinuate that other major sites don’t use the word fuck when they report a story that is relevant. Current News Search for Fuck

It is Steve’s duty to make people aware of things like this.

You know, the attidude with a lot of people these days is just that “F My Bills”  I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people went for it. This guy could actually get a lot of interest passing out brochures at heavy metal concerts, trailer parks, Motorcycle events and hang outs, places people under 30 hang out, etc.

You forget the sub-cultures we have here in the USA. Not everyone goes to church every Sunday and has a responsible attitude.

  • Mike Reilly

    I guess
I’ll be the first to comment….Steve do you really think this garbage is
necessary? Even if it’s just meant to serve up some controversy… I mean come on
man… use your head… Ask yourself this, do you think someone like Gerri
Detweiler would put this on her site or in one of her books…. for that matter
do you really think any of the major reporting site (that you clip stories
from) would post this without edits?

    I my eyes
it makes you (because you posted it) look as cheap as the guy who created it…but
that’s just me! And finally, if any human on the planet fell for this junk they
deserve what they get. No sympathy from me!

Sorry man, just calling it like I see it.
