Brookstone Law – Consumer Complaint – 8-21-2011

Date This Problem Happened: March 22, 2011

State You Live in: California

Age Range: 51-65

Total Amount of Fee Paid:

Company Name: Brookstone Law

Company Address: Newport Beach, California

Website of Company: brookstone-law.com

Consumer Statement: “Not sure yet. Have given Brookstone att’s in Newport 6 grand. They inturn are suppesedly fileing a mass joiner against Well Fargo. Oddly enough, they claimed it actually was filed in court on Fri 8/19(how would i prove that)

Thats the same day attorney general Kamala Harris of Ca. raided several att’s offices, froze assets ect.. in orange cty. She Claimed this was for defrauding people into paying for a mass joiner as well. She described how the process worked, and it sounded exactly like our vist it Brookstone when we signed up.

Any insight n this?

Thanks Agiain we might in fact have a real case.? To protect myself ,I can’t say for sure I was scammed yet.”

Note:

I reached out to Brookstone Law yesterday for a comment on this scam report but I have not received a response yet.

I’m publishing this because it was filed but the consumer does state they have not been “scammed yet.”
