We Can’t Afford to Pay DebtWave Anymore. What Do We Do? – Janet

“Dear Steve,

We have a question about Debtwave, have been paying Johnson Law Firm, but apparently they have lost their license….

Because of our income i can’t pay them anymore, but we can’t file bankruptcy we did that in 2007….What do we do…..The calls wil start to come, I do know that debtwave has paid our creditors… Can that take money from us if we don’t have it..?

We are barely making it with our mortgage and what-not…Thanks….

The Answer

Dear Janet,

Well can you post some more details about your debt in the comments section below?

I’d like to know how much debt you are struggling with and who you owe.

What led to the debt following your bankruptcy in 2007?

Before we start worrying about what might happen, help me to get a better picture of what is going on.

Big Hug!
