“Here’s the new website: http://nationwidedebtdirect.com/ I saw from this job ad I ran across (below). This used to be Payment Relief Center that got leads by sending out misleading mailers implying some kind of govt. sponsored program. It’s the same location and people, they just changed the website like countless other scam DS firms have done in order to start with fresh BBB so won’t show an F. I wonder if they are still charging upfront fees, hmmm?”

    I am currently dealing with Nationwide Debt Direct and am hoping what is coming out of my account will eventually start paying down my debt. The terms are clear and fees are up front. Yes your credit will be destroyed during this process but the fact that my payments were late and I was incurring late fees were ultimately destroying my credit, and yes I did try to work with the creditors myself and not all are willing to work with you and at what cost. Most creditors will help you out of a jam if you want to pay upfront payments that most of us in this mess can not afford.I get a monthly statement from the holding company that is Es-crowing the monthly money. Plus, calls from the company asking if i have any questions. The documents were notarized and at this point seem to be on the up and up. I’ll post in the later months to let consumers know How things are going. At this point I am trying to be optimistic and hope that the debt will be cleared up in three years instead of the inevitable ten to fifteen. If there is a company that can actually help with that then they are a god sent for most consumers who found themselves in this awful position.

    Nation Wide Direct is nothing but a consumer rip-off. They will say they never received your termination agreement within the time frame of three days and then they will email you another one which will take you about four weeks to get because of all the delays. Of course, they then charge you banking fees, and processing fees which they deduct from your checking account because of a blank check you gave them. Also, they do not tell you that your creditors may go after you after a few missed payments and ruin your credit rating. To boot, they really do not explain to you that the part of the payments you MAY be granted are taxable. The IRS sends you a bill. So if you want creditors breathing down your neck, your credit score ruined, and ending up with nothing but misery, then by all means sign up for NWD, they will welcome you with open arms.

      I am a client of Nationwide Debt Direct. They are not a scam, they are a legitimate company. I visited their offices, and met with the owner, and members of customer service and sales team. I am also a member of law enforcement, and this company states multiple times in their disclosure statements verbally over the phone, during the face to face presentation, and the customer service orientation, all of the negative possibilities and consequences. Please do not spread lies like this, they have helped my family and many more.

By making these false allegations you are trying to keep good American people from getting the help they need to fight your own personal war.
