Bay View Law Group Sends Consumers Back to Servicers.

Subject: Letter to Servicers

Dear Servicers,

As we are all aware, the regulations passed on October 27, 2010 have impacted business growth and development. It is with these federal regulations that has made continuing business impracticable. As such, we are providing you with a 90 day notice of termination of our existing Servicing Agreement. The 90 days will run starting November 1st and the last day to submit a file under the existing agreement is January 31.

Please keep in mind all Bay View Law Group clients that are currently enrolled will still be serviced by your office at this point. With the heightened level of scrutiny on the debt settlement industry, it is important that we continue settling debts and graduating as many clients as possible.

We are working on alternatives to provide a more feasible solution for both of our offices and will be contacting you regarding other options within the next few weeks. Thank you.

I sent Bay View Law Group an email yesterday asking them to let me know if the email above did not come from them and to give me a comment for this post. They did not respond by the time this was published.

anyone know if this was an Up-Front Fee model? I just assume a majority of them are… regardless; ever wonder why you never see these companies advertise on the internet? They can’t compete plain and simple. These “law firms” advertise aggressively through mail and dialing campaigns in hopes they will convert more people since their less likely to “shop” other companies.
