I paid them then they are supposed to answer you in live chat and they ignored me so then I appealed a dispute then they said my orders ready and I need to close dispute to get my order then I cancelled the dispute and there ignoring me again and I just t want a refund. Or my order.

Consumer Action Taken:

I cancelled the dispute with them and now I am being ignored again.
