Consumer Statement:
This company debited my account $30 from my bank account without my known consent when researching loans on the Internet. They apparently are hiding behind a front of being a business that finds loans for you, and then charge you for their services which are actually no more than giving you the names of companies that provide PayDay loans. I received no emails or advance notices that they were going to debit my account.
Consumer Action Taken:
I tried calling their phone number throughout the day only to get a busy signal. The only time I could get through was after hours & then I got a recording that stated their business hours are M-F 9-5 EST.
