How Can I Fix My Bad Credit So I Can Get a Loan? – Andy

“Dear Steve,

I let two parcels of real estate, one my home, go into foreclosure. Both had first and second mortgages. They were both worth much less than the principle amounts.

I have no debts whatsoever.

I have the downpayment and income to buy a new home but cannot get approved for a new loan because my credit score is very low. Need your advise.

Andy”
