We have submitted to the wiles of the Legal Helpers Debt Resolution and are seeing the same results as I read in your article. Can we join a class action suit against them? We are in Montana.

My husband and I are also victims of Legal Helpers!  We paid installments which equalled over $4000, and over a year of incompetence and dissillusion.  Our house went into active foreclosure and we are just now working with a HUD counseling agency to repair the damage and try and save our home.  What a scam!  Now, we can’t even contact them to get our money back!   -Mia

    Patti,

You may want to review the following linked article and contact the attorney for the plaintiff in the Montana case that is the subject of the article.
