Our law firm negotiates for large reductions in our clients’ unsecured debts without the need for bankruptcy. We have attorneys and offices in Phoenix, AZ, San Diego, CA, Manhattan Beach, CA, and Century City, CA.

As a law firm, we can and do represent clients if they are sued by a creditor for just $500 and the cost of filing an answer on their behalf, as part of our larger debt workout program. It is our business at McCarthy Law to help people who are in difficult financial situations because of too much debt. Declaring bankruptcy may be the best answer in any particular person’s unique situation. If so, we will refer them to a bankruptcy law firm. If, however, an individual is not a good candidate for bankruptcy, our attorneys can work with clients and their creditors to resolve the debts they are facing.
Fee Schedule
Our initial consultation is ALWAYS free. Our firm requires a small initial fee and a legal fee, both of which are dependent on the nature of the debt, the amount of debt, the number of creditors, the identity of creditors, and the length of time the client estimates he or she will require to assemble funds for settlement. Additionally, if our client is sued by a creditor during the time in which we are retained, we will represent them in that suit for an additional flat fee of $500, plus the cost of filing an answer to the lawsuit.
We guarantee to settle a client’s debt at or below a certain percentage of the amount claimed due. The level and nature of the guarantee, like the legal fee, depends on the nature of the debt, the amount of the debt, the number of creditors, the identity of creditors, and the length of time the client estimates he or she will require to assemble funds for settlement.
Client Satisfaction Policy
We offer virtually all of our clients seven days to change their minds and receive a full refund of any monies paid. We always guarantee to settle a client’s debt at or below a certain percentage of the amount claimed due.
