Contacted by a company by the name Citizens Financial Group in Phoenix, Arizona and stated how they could help reduce our mortgage payment by 1000.00 a month…100 percent guaranteed. We talked with several people at this group and felt like it was worth continuing. They asked for alot of paperwork and then for 3750.00 to do all the filing for us and to reduce our mortgage. They did file the paperwork and we were rejected and now unable to make contact by phone or email.
