Alliance 8 /Freedom Fidelity management has now morphed into Allstate National. How the state of California permits these people to continue scamming honest folk out of their hard earned money is beyond me. STAY AWAY and for those victims continue to write and inform the public about these low life scums that are running this operation.thank you..Joseph Triplo
It made me curious about All State National so I took a look. The first thing that struck me was the resources page.
I suppose they were trying to give a fair and balanced look at debt relief options, but they appear to have missed the obvious mark. They mention chapter 13 bankruptcy but where is the column for chapter 7?
And then there were those little badges on the bottom of the page. Two of the badges are for MSTARS and USOBA. I checked with both organizations and both said they are not a member.
All State National describes themselves by saying:
We have attorneys in every court district across the USA. We are a National Bankruptcy, Tax Resolution,& Debt Validation assistance network. Our Attorneys have been practicing law for 20 years with an impeccable reputation in the legal industry. They will provide experience, integrity, and a reputation built and earned over time. – Source
What is interesting on their About Us page is they actually don’t saying anything about who they are. And who are their attorneys?
They state they are located at:
Suite 800 18300 Von Karman Ave
Irvine, CA 92612
Customer Service (866) 956-4826
Fax (949) 756-8763 – Source
According to the State of California the company, All State National Processing, Inc. was registered on November 14, 2011.
The address they are using on the site and for their registration is also reported to be used by Beacon Debt Solutions, Inc. with an F BBB rating. – Source
