Dear Gail,

I believe the CNI you are talking about is Century Negotiations, Inc. Did you try to call Century Negotiations at 888-913-8784 or 724-978-7025?

They also list their public email address as [email protected].

Have you not been able to reach anyone for some time or just recently.
