I’ve been really impressed with my local Bank of America branch. The customer service is great and I think they are really there to help their customers.

Has anyone else been upset with Bank of America or is it just people complaining for no good reason?

    • Yet

I wasn’t happy with the debit card fee they wanted to charge. Glad they backed off that.
