Consumer Statement:

I LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY SALARY AND THIS COMPANY PRUDENTIAL LAW GROUP SEND A LETTER SAYING I PROBABLY
WILL QUALIFY FOR A LOWER MORTGAGE ON MY HOUSE.

THEY EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY WERE A LAW FORM AND THAT THEY COULD GET A LOWER MORTGAGES FOR APROX. $ 300.00 LESS PER MONTH AND IF THEY COULD NOT HELP THEY WOULD REFUND WHAT EVER MONEY I PAID THEM. I GAVE THEM 3 CHECKS FOR A VALUE OF $ 1165.00 FOR A TOTAL OF $ 3495.00. THEY WERE NOT ABLE LO LOWER MY MORTGAGES AND NOW NOBODY ANSWERS MY PHONE CALLS NOR MY E-MAILS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE PERSON THAT CONCTED ME FOR THE FIRST TIME (GREG KIKER) AND ALSO I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM BY E-MAIL. SO FAR NOBODY RETURNS CALLS OR ANSWER MY E-MAILS

      Could I have your details, in case I need your help later?  In late April, I also paid $3,495.00 to Prudent Law Group after Mike Davis convinced me that I’m eligible for reducing the loan because my :-
      1)  house is “under water”;
      2)  monthly mortgage is more than 1/3 of my salary;
      3)  interest rate if 5%; and
      4)  loan is under Fannie Mae/Freddy Mac;
      eventhough I told him that I’m getting Social Security benefits and didn’t include my husband’s income.
      In late June, a George called me and I explained to him that if I added my husband’s income and our social security benefits, item 2 would not apply.  He told me if that’s the case I won’t qualify and I requested my money back as I was bulldozed into signing the contract based on misrepresentation.  George told me he would look into my file again and call me back.  I have not heard further from them since.  They have a Solution Specialist that I found on one of the complaints but she hasn’t returned my call.

    Prudent law helped us lower our Payments by 500.00 a month I was refered to them by a co worker who had also used them remember each lender has different guide lines and this post had no specifics about what type of loan they or who there lender was. I think this person needs to add more info on there case it just seems they are seeking a refund but did add any info on what occurred in specific case.

      RJ23, for a customer of this company you sure sound like or talk like an expert on this. She is living on Social Security, paid out already $1165, the company promised her that they refund her money if they cannot lower her mortgage so nothing has changed, she tries to call the company, NO ONE ANSWERS HER CALLS OR EMAILS. SO SHE IS ENTITLED FOR A REFUND! Stop being a dam crook and start cleaning your act. This poor lady was probably fine doing what she has been doing until your greeting salesman lied to her and misrepresented facts and in return she has to track her money back. so instead of coming on here posting fake testimonial, why don’t you talk to your manager and discuss how and when you will refund this clients money back for lack of performance?
