I purchased a 25 dollar gift card to Barnes and Noble for 15 dollars on December 5, 2011, and a 12 dollar gift card to Papa John’s for 6 dollars on December 20, 2011. I was told I would receive the gift cards in the mail within a couple of weeks. I never received either in the mail, so I tried calling the company to check on the status of the order and was unable to get ahold of anyone. I tried several times because the gift cards were going to be Christmas gifts.
Consumer Action Taken:
I contacted SaveMore via their customer service line and left a message several times asking about the status of my purchases. I never heard back. After trying to access the site again, I was unable to because it was shut down.
