Universal Fidelity – Consumer Complaint – 6-19-2012

Consumer Statement:

I received a letter 6/12 from Universal Fidelity LP stating that I owe $23.92 for rental fees from March 22 2009. This is difficult as Hollywood Video was not even in business in my area at this time. I did not rent the movies that they are claiming.

Consumer Action Taken:

I wrote a letter to the company disputing the debt and am awaiting a response. Under Fair Debt Collection Practices Act they have to give me more information about the supposed debt.
