Consumer Statement:
In January of this year we were having financial difficulty and we thought we could get help. I decided not to do it but the people ended up getting our information and started taking money from our account. When I tried to contact them and tell them that I did not go ahead with the loan, they told me that it was a done deal for five hundred dollars since then they have taken 1,580.00 from our account.
Consumer Action Taken:
I have called Freeman Web who is suppose to be the owner/Boss and contacted him at 1 866-630-4703 and he has not returned my phone calls, I contacted a woman name Bridget at 1 877-636-1353 at two different extensions 2358 and 1406 I have left her several messages. I finally heard back from her and she tried to tell me that it was a different company over seas that took the money! But it is their number that it went to! She told me to file a police report, and then since this happened she would settle the account for five hundred dollars. That I had to go to walmart and by a prepaid card and give her a payment now and two more in the future and then it would be done. I went to my bank and had them try to call and they would not speak with the bank person. The bank discovered that it is a scam or fraud and closed my account. Now they continue to call! I am going to call the better business bureau and turn them in and also the supreme court just ice and who ever else I need to to close these people down DO NOT TRUST THEM OR ANYONE ELSE ON LINE FOR A LOAN THEY ARE ALL SCAMS. Now we have lost a thousand dollars that could have gone to much needed medical attention.
