realty Law Center  goes by many names, AKA Homestead Law Group as well. Once I get all of the names they go by, I will post them. Do not use them! They are using our address in Irvine as their business address illegally!!  Please call the # in the previous post and let them know what happened. This has now turned into a criminal case as somebody has stolen my identity and is scamming people with fake loan modifications under the name Homestead Law Firm.  Supposedly the man behind it is convicted felon Tamer Qursha and his probation officer is Noreen A. Dona at the US Probation Office.  Her number in Santa Ana is 714-338-2900.  If anybody else comes in looking for Homestead, please have them give Ms. Dona a call and reference Tamer Qursha.

    Thanks,

Iam a 100% Disabled Combat Wounded Veteran  who gave my life for America so that you you have your Freedom and jobs and this is the respect I get? I say we all start a class action suit against Realty Law out of CA asap! And report them to the CA. Bar. Iam in a wheel chair..I have called them sooo many times..they are taking peoples money and doing nothing! Me and my wife are a nervous wreck over this! Iam writting Obama over this matter. my email is [email protected] to file a class action law suit. Mr. Dennis Kuhles US Army Ret.

Hi dennes these jerks ripped me of in the same manner. and everybody that6 i have written to seems to be able to do nothing about them. If I can come aboard and help get something moving Im available I just dont know what to do.

      • Cmalloy3

Go to the CA. Bar and file a complaint against Realty Law..just Google CA. Bar..they will have a page that you fill out, you need a printer..then go to the BBB and file another one with them then the Attorney General, but if we have enought folks together we all can file a class action law suit, if one is not already going on, which I hope there is..some of the lawyers lost there job”s and there license to practice law forever.. I can’t stress enough to write the CA Bar they will look into it and fire if you got the names of the person helping you..do you know what Iam saying? Dennis.

Well I got a phone call from a guy that was working for them and he told me Realty Law Firm had way to many people to handle and could not keep up with alot of people and Iam one of them, so he quit and went to another Firm..he seems to be helping me I pray, so far there is no foreclousure date so that is good, he says he has it on hold..and I had to fax him some more paper work, he is not a lawyer but the paralegel is doing all the work..so I had to pay her 1,000..so we shall see..I don’t trust a lawyer period! They are all mostly crooks. Our President wrote me back Obama after what I wrote and told him, if anyone wants to read it I will foward it to them..very interesting..letter for all home owners. Dennis.

        HI Dennis,
I too have been scammed by this company. Can you tell me who you are dealing with that is helping you??? I would be very interested seeing the letter you received from the government. Also, do you have any numbers for the company? I am going to file a law suit against them and I have a list of employees to list in the suit. I am going to hire a private PI to get me as much info as possible also would be happy to share. You can email me at pandora9813@yahoo:disqus .com

    Dennis,

This sucks. From the sounds of it, you probably were scammed, and the chances of getting your money back from them is most likely slim. I don’t have much advice on how to get a refund from them, other than to read and follow the steps outlined at this link.

    http://getoutofdebt.org/20126/how-to-try-to-get-a-refund-from-a-debt-relief-company

If this business has already gone under, or has plans to in the near future, this guide may not help much, because if they don’t have any money left, there will be nothing to pay you a refund from. If the company ends up in Bankruptcy, you should be listed as a creditor, and you may be able to recover a portion through the trustee. If this happens it would be a matter of public record and you should also be notified if you’re listed as a creditor.

As for moving forward, unless you get some concrete evidence that this firm is still working on your behalf, you will want to take the reigns yourself. Call your lender and let them know what is going on… tell them you were scammed, and thought that a loan modification was being done on your behalf. They may be able to hold off on foreclosure and give you the opportunity to be reviewed for a modification. They would give you a list of all the required documents, and you could certainly send all of those in yourself… you don’t need to hire someone to handle a loan modification.

If the lender refuses to work with you and they push forward with a foreclosure… you will want to speak with a Bankruptcy attorney right away. They should be able to stop the foreclosure in it’s tracks and work out a payment plan to pay back the missed payments over time. Bankruptcy may not be the most appealing solution, but if you’re backed into a corner, and absolutely must save the house…. it could be your only guaranteed solution.

Good luck and please keep us posted on your progress in the comment section.

    Best regards,

    Andy Faria.
