White Hills Cash – Consumer Complaint – 9-11-2012

Consumer Statement:

I was researching loan company white hills cash after several attempts to resolve a $400 loan. Over 3 months several phone calls to the company and after dealing with several employees (supervisors as well as regular operators) I was fed up. When I agreed to the loan the terms were explained fradulently and I feel I was overcharged. After all of the hassel no one could tell me how much longer I would have paid had I not called..could not get an answer on that. They were also unable to explain why I was being charged bimonthly. In reading another complaint I noticed a pattern outside of the loan itself, I lso received horrible and nasty calls from an outside party harrasing me saying I would be arrested etc. I know now exactly who gave them my info

Consumer Action Taken:

Took a loan day after memorial day and am still trying to resolve after :abor day. Over 3 months I have made 6 calls to them. (I should have called more and sent letters etc~lessoned learned now)On my 4th And 5th calls I was told they would wave the remainder of loan but still took out 2 additional payments. I was now sent an email stating my loan has been satisfied,however that was supposed to be the case last month(they were supposed to send by mail not email last month). The ladies I talked to today said there were no records in regards to last months 2 calls! They told me I was a liar…’ow I am out even more money AND they call me a liar! I am fed up and am going to pursue the 250 additional that they were not supposed to take…
