I began using Professional Debt Consultant’s in 2010 who used Global Client Solutions as account managers for customers like myself who wanted to settle on a credit card debt. Over the past 2 years I have paid over $3500 in fees to GCS, fulfilling my fee obligations to them as specified in the contract, and yet my debt has not been completely settled. I have all documents, receipts, bank account transfer records, etc. Early 2012, I noticed all GCS and PDC’s phone #’s were disconnected and my emails were not being returned. I took this as a red flag and began to do research to see if there were any lawsuits against either one of the companies. I filed a BBB complaint against PDC’s based on poor customer service because at this point I couldn’t prove fraud. After reading this article referencing Scott Law Group (http://www.thescottlawgroup.com/gcs/home/home.html) I wanted to get into contact with someone about my issue.
Consumer Action Taken:
I took steps to call & email Professional Debt Consultants & Global Client Solutions on many occasions. I contacted the Better Business Bureau who, on my behalf, attempted to contact them as well but got no response. I have all electronic communication still.
