Consumer Statement:

Re: Jackson/Hunter Morris LLP….told me they would negotiate reduced credit balances and pay them off at the reduced rates if I allowed them to debit my checking account. For 2 years they have debited my cking account for $600/mo. until I stopped payments.

Consumer Action Taken:

On October 15, 2012 I mailed a certified return receipt letter advising them that I no longer wish to participate in their debt relief program and requested a full refund by 11/1/12. Otherwise, I intend to send a copy of my complaint to numerous Federal and State agencies.
