greenleaf finance took out 49.99p from my bank account without my permission on the 30th oct i did not apply for any loan from them when they took it out they left me with no money in my account and had charges and my monthly fee to come off

i tried to phone several times but all i got was to leave a message and they would get back to me but they havent and also i tried to get on there web site and i cant
