J. Hass Group – Consumer Complaint – December 10, 2012

Consumer Statement:

J Hass group is not taking care of my bills. In 2013 my bills should be paid off but they are not making any settlements. At first when they were getting a big amout of the money I paid monthly they would call monthly and paid off a few small accounts. I added one acct and they increased the amount. Later they are wanting to add the acct again and charge more. I told them no I am already paying for it. They said someone discontinued it and still wanted to increase my payment. I am getting a run around. They have waited so long to pay the bills that with interest accured on each bill with pay off would be what I originally owed and they say they will pay them off at less than 50% of what you owe. My contract will come to an end and the bills will still be there.

Consumer Action Taken:

I complain and argue with them but to no avail. I keep asking them to send me copies of the bills that are paid off. I have done this 5 times now and they say they will but have not. I am after 3 years with them starting to receive calls from creditors again. They said they originally sent letters to each of my creditors but the creditors say they did not recieve them.
