On Nov. 13, 2012, I was contacted by Sean Garman, a representative with Prime Credit Consultants concerning helping me clear up negative items on my credit report. On the e-mail that I received from Mr. Garman dated ll/9,12, they advertised a ($59.95) special for this service. However, later on this company required an additional fee in the amount of ($250.00) that I paid. I was mis-lead to believe this was a (one time fee) Wrong. Today, when I checked my checking account, anoth ($250.00) was debited to my account. However, as of tomorrow, I am going to placed at STOP payment for this fee.
Consumer Action Taken:
I have called this company, ll/17 and 11/18 leaving messages for Mr. Garman without him returning my calls. I have also, called the main phone number for this company and am put on hold.
I plan on sending a faxing a letter ll/19 and also sending a e-mail.
