I HAVE HIRED J HAUSS GROUP TO SETTLE MY CREDIT CARD DEBT. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 YEARS. WELL IT WENT ON TO 3 YEARS AND MY TOTALLY OF CREDIT CARD DEPT WAS 20,000.00. WELL THEY HAD TAKE OVER 10,000.00 OF MYMONEY AND NEVER SETTLE NONE OF MY DEBT. AND WHEN I HAD A CREDIT REPORT RAN IT COME UP WITH ALL MY ADDRESS I LIVES, AND ONE OF THE ADDRESS WAS J HAUSE GRUPS ADDRESS. SO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NONE OF MY CREDID CARDS STATEMENTS AND KNOW I’M GETTING CERTIFIED LETTERS BEING SUED BY THESE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
Consumer Action Taken:
I BEEN SENDING LETTERS TO THESE CREDIT CARD COMPANYS THAT RIGHT KNOW I’M ON A FIX INCOME OF SS AND THAT J HAUS GROUP WAS TO TAKE CARE OF THESE AND THAT THE LAST 3 YEARS I HAVE HAD OPEN HEART SURGEY FOUND OUT THAT I’M A DIEBETIC AND COPD.AND UNABLE TO WORK, AND LAST YEAR HAD TO HAVE A PACEMAKER PUT IN WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO IF I HAD ALL THE MONEY MORE OR LESS THAT THEY STOLED FROM ME THE CREDIT CARD COMPANYS WOULD OF TOOK OFFER THAT I COULD OF AFFORDDED AND HAD THEM PAID OF.
