How can the State of Connecticut go after First Choice Debt Resolution when they use false names to register their internet companies at false addresses? Was this decision to repay made by the Attorney General?

The website for First Choice lists several phone numbers from which people received calls – 786-581-4000 (owned by US Lec of Florida -owner Eitan Kimelman/ website design Yaron Kimelman. The second reported phone number is 607 356-3651. This belongs to Armstrong Telephone Company-New York) I can’t trace this one yet but it is the number of a phone hobbyist like Eitan KImelman. The third number I found within the websites . It is 954-837-7469 and it is Bell South Telecommunications Inc. This is owned by Eitan KImelman.

First of all, I finally met Mary in person and she is sweet and gentle lady with nothing to be vindictive about. She did research that she can document. So stop the threats and childish name calling. She has already gone to the police in her town. So what town are you calling the police in? Be specific or stop your threats. As to Court Clerks, I am one and I am amused at your assumption that we would even speak with you. We are professionals at the Courts. You ought to know that fact each time you and your brothers play lawyer when using your internet companies to sue others.Here I have researched your internet companies lawsuits. Extortionists – you fit the bill. Have you never heard “People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones, they may break their own windows”.

    Yes, you and your brothers do spam call lots of people and many of us are now connecting . I say your days of scamming are drawing to a close.

    Additionally, I spoke to your neighbors in Worcester, MA. All they had to say was how much Mary did for you and your children. They never saw you even take your children for a walk. It was Mary who played with them,not you. It was Mary who raised them, not you.

      Mary is certainly sweet and gentle, but you may want to take a look behind the facade. My children are traumatized by her comments and behavior til this very day. Her daughter went off and joined some satanic cult and we never heard the end of it. If you are really not her and I’m still certain not sure that you’re not, take my suggestion and keep your distance. I can send you a long list of people who she was “sweet and gentle” with only to defame them later and try to extort money from then one way or another.

      As For people reading your ridiculous comments, consider the fact that she is can’t even take the time to correctly document a single company’s name. First Choice Debt Solutions??? that’s not even the name of the company that this thread is supposedly about.

      As for neighbors the only thing I know is that I had to be available at all hours of the night to break up the fights she would get into with them. This person has been an ongoing nightmare to my family. I wish her/you well but please leave us alone. You feel for her just like we did and will one day pay the price just like we are. Please take may advice before its too late. Listen to me so that you don’t have to go through what dozens of others unfortunately had to.

    Eitan Kimelman’s attorney has contacted the site and has indicated a willingness to sue Mary over her comments. We have advised the attorney that if that is what they choose to do we have no control over that and if we receive a subpoena, we will post the subpoena to allow Mary a chance to deal with the subpoena.

    It is the site policy to not remove comments, as laid out in the site terms. However, if Mary wants to offer a correction or retraction to her comments we would be willing for her to publish that.
