Legal Helpers Debt Resolution Back in the Soup

Apparently The Scott Law Group, in conjunction with Terrell Marshall Daudt & Willie, have filed a class action lawsuit against Legal Helpers Debt Resolution, The Mortgage Law Group, and American Platinum Financial Services for mortgage modification issues.

For violating statutes and regulations governing residential mortgage loan modification services. Among other things, the complaint alleges that Defendants engaged in unfair and deceptive acts and practices and charged fees to consumers in excess of limitations imposed under Washington law.
